Tyson Emery and the team at Aspyre Realty Group have decided to partner with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. Together with Lindsay Barbour, business partner and director of operations, Emery has built a reputation for his marketing and investment knowledge, negotiating prowess and focus on providing individualized attention for his clients.

Previously with a different local brokerage, Emery and the Aspyre Realty Group are joining the company to work out of the Autumn Hall office. “This move fits the culture of what we believe is most important; people first. We also like that the company has a non-competing management structure, as this is the model we’re working towards,” said Barbour.

As a UNCW grad who entered the residential sales arena after a successful, eight-year career in the mortgage industry, Emery provides his clients with expert counsel about the implications of their most important financial decisions. Barbour is a NC native who also attended UNCW, where she earned a degree in business with a concentration on management and leadership. Drawing from her 10 years of experience in operational management, which includes two years working with Emery and two years running her own transaction coordination business, she is able to identify obstacles and develop positive solutions, allowing the team to deliver seamless transactions and successful closings.
